Service Description
A comprehensive and thorough inspection of your home, professionally packaged in a full report which will include pictures and highlights of areas in question. Because the inspection will be performed by a licensed builder, your report will also include recommendations for remediate issues found. A must do when selling or buying a home!
Cancellation Policy
Online bookings are subject to final scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate the date and time selected. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance at requests@osrezy.com or calling 800-401-6218. Cancellation within 24 hours of service will incur a $25 cancellation fee. A service charge of $75 is required, that will be applied to your scheduled visit.
